Ghosts can be scary but they are not really trying to scare or hurt you. Many times they are just trying to get our attention and let us know they are around. Maybe they are lonely or like our company. A ghost usually acts just like the person who they were when they were alive. They are just people without their bodies.
Why does it get cold when there is a ghost around?
They can take energy right from the air. Heat is a form of energy. When a ghost takes the heat energy from the air, a cold spot will remain. Sometimes you can feel a little cold in one corner of a room, sometimes a whole room will get cold!
Can I take a photo of a ghost??
Yes but they don't usually look like people in photos. This is what a ghost may look like in your photos.
Orbs
The most common form of spirit photographs. They are round in shape and usually you can see through them They look somewhat like balls of light. Having photos of these does NOT mean that you have a ghost in your house though!!
Ectoplasm
Ectoplasm looks like fog or smoke. Ectoplasm is also called psychic fog or spirit energy.
Vortex
The Vortex is an uncommon photo. The Vortex looks like a funnel.
Light Rod

The Light Rod appears in a stick or bar like shape. This form sometimes will have a bend to it. When looking at this type of photo you may also see some orbs inside or near the rod.
